A customer states his or her requirements for a house or an apartment to rent and can get all the information about the location, conveniences, price, etc. The map shows the accomodation's whereabouts. We made the front end in Joomla, which is one of the most powerful Open Source Content Management Systems, and back end in SugarCRM. All user's data, such as login, profile, etc., are stored only in SugarCRM. Joolma receives all data from SugarCRM through SOAP. SugarCRM contains SOAP server and samples of SOAP functions. • Assura Source This corporate site was initially developed on Joomla. We also developed and added a new module DOCMan that works with the site content. The users of the site are of different types, but the menu they use is the same for everybody, so our task was to enable every user to get only specific information while using the general menu. Thus we obtained experience of working with the newest version of Joomla.

Video transcoder is a desktop application aimed at working with different media file formats. The Transcoder performs a number of functions:

• Converts different formats (mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg4, avi, quick time, DivX) to CD/DVD formats
• Writes data to a Cd/DVD
• Creates files for ipod and 3gp format for videocameras

In addition, the video transcoder can convert formats to 3gp, psp, svcd.

The main idea behind this project is that human body, especially human heartbeat, can be regulated by external factors such as music rhythm. The faster the music is played, the bigger heart rate person, listening to this music, has. In order to start physical exercises, the best heart rate should be calculated for particular person. Current solution calculates the best heart beat for particular person on the basis of this person’s various physical aspects. After his or her heart beat is calculated, the program selects the music that corresponds to this heart beat. After this is done, selected music is played to the person while he or she performs physical exercises.
